Toleranca has successfully made the switch from PCO (professional congress organiser) to DCO (digital congress organiser). In light of strict restrictions on gatherings, we adapted to the situation and developed our own hybrid and online event solutions. We’ve transferred our 360° degree approach to event organisation into the digital space in order to provide a comprehensive service for our clients.

ONLINE AWARD CEREMONY
SLOVENIAN CONGRESS AMBASSADORS 2020
Toleranca Marketing was entrusted with the task of organising an online award ceremony, where 25 outstanding individuals received the title of the Slovenian Congress Ambassador. Due to the epidemiological conditions, this year’s ceremony could not take place live. For this reason, we decided to create an event in an online environment, and that way still honour the recipients for their esteemed accolades.
CONVENTA BEST EVENT AWARD 2020
This year, the grand finale of the Conventa Best Event Award was held ONLINE, as part of the Conventa Trend Bar NEW EUROPE educational event. We organised a live voting session, where the audience could vote for their favourite project. After counting the votes from the expert jury and the audience, the winners were ceremoniously announced. Although the meetings industry is among the most affected industries, it does not lack ingenuity and determination.
CONVENTA CROSSOVER HYBRID
The first hybrid edition of Conventa Crossover proved that the basic human need of exchanging opinions and ideas is much stronger than restrictions and fears connected to the pandemic. According to the first post-event feedback, the organisers exceeded all expectations and provided over 200 attendees with an exclusive insight into the future of the meetings industry.
CONVENTA TRADE SHOW
Since its early beginnings in 2008, Conventa has become known as a boutique, regional B2B event presenting MICE destinations, venues, DMC’s, CVB’s from Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine. Throughout the 11 years of its existence, Conventa has kept the regional character and concept, which is highly appreciated by meeting planners from all over Europe and beyond.
