BRATISLAVA MOTOR CITY

Bratislava Motor City was a targeted campaign designed to position Bratislava as an attractive destination for automotive-related events. Built around the city’s strong automotive sector, the campaign combined informative stories, videos, factory visits and practical venue and programme ideas to give meeting planners a real feel for the destination. The campaign culminated in an automotive familiarisation trip for selected prospective buyers, turning the campaign story into a hands-on destination experience.

Carinthia Incentives

CARINTHIA INCENTIVES

Carinthia Incentives was developed to transform the Austrian region’s diverse tourism offer into a compelling portfolio of incentive experiences. Through destination analysis, stakeholder workshops and extensive fieldwork, 75 incentive stories were created and shaped into programmes tailored to the needs of incentive organisers. The stories were presented through the Carinthia Incentives brochure and dedicated website, supported by direct marketing activities and the Incentives Alpe Adria event. The project also included the largest car launch in Carinthia’s history, with the Mercedes X-Class launch featuring specially designed itineraries along picturesque Alpine roads.

"SAVE THE BEES" CAMPAIGN

“SAVE THE BEES” CAMPAIGN

The “Save the Bees” Campaign was developed for the Slovenian Beekeepers’ Association to raise awareness of the growing threats facing bee colonies and the importance of protecting biodiversity. Launched in 2010, the campaign combined a national media campaign with educational workshops, a petition, research, planting of melliferous plants, and other initiatives supporting bee preservation. The concept was later expanded into the BE BEE campaign for the meetings industry, using bees as a tangible symbol of environmental responsibility and Slovenia’s commitment to green meetings tourism. The campaign offered a distinctive way to communicate sustainability, connecting biodiversity with Slovenia’s meetings product and its ambition to become a CO2-neutral destination. It was subsequently incorporated into tourism promotion and other initiatives, including activities surrounding World Bee Day.

New Website for the Slovenian Convention Bureau was designed as the central digital platform for the Slovenian meetings industry. The project modernised the existing portal with an improved user experience, responsive design, simplified navigation, and integrated marketing tools, creating a comprehensive showcase of Slovenia’s meetings offer.

Challenge

The challenge was to redesign an outdated website by improving its structure, usability, and performance while organising large volumes of static and dynamic content into a clear and accessible user experience.

Solution & Results

Using WordPress, we developed a responsive, easy-to-manage platform enhanced with marketing automation, direct marketing tools, and advanced analytics. The website has successfully supported the Slovenian Convention Bureau for over five years, attracting 100–200 event organisers daily while providing a secure, stable, and user-friendly experience.

The platform was enhanced with marketing automation, direct marketing tools and advanced analytics, supporting communication with partners and potential clients. Designed for both users and administrators, the website has become an established digital hub for the Slovenian meetings industry, attracting 100–200 event organisers each day.
