For 10 years the Conventa trade show has been crossing the boundaries of a classic business event and is regarded as one of the most innovative events in the meetings industry. The starting point for the project was how to present to the market new, different, charming and undiscovered congress destinations in Eastern Europe. Conventa was the first show of its kind that showcased the countries of South East, Central and Eastern Europe to the international market – which Toleranca Marketing classifies as ‘New’ Europe. We consider that ‘New’ Europe is connected with the basic professional values of the congress industry – youth, energy and creativity – as is the case with the destinations that are promoted at Conventa.
