The range offered by thermal spas is under constant development resulting from the problems of modern life  and changing trends. Successful development is therefore closely linked with knowledge and experience. In the area of the spa and wellness industry there are many challenges and professional questions: What are the driving motives of wellness tourism? How best to garner guests’ attention. How to run a wellness centre in accordance with standards. Is there room for improvement? Together with the Slovenian Spas Assocation we searched for answers to these questions and discovered that there were no professional conferences in this field.

For our client we developed an entire project – the European Natural Spas Conference. The event covered everything from branding and the development of websites to the complete execution of the project from managing attendees’ registration to financial management. On the basis of the positive feedback from our client, we repeated the event in 2017 and in the future we will organise it bienially.
