The congress of the International Bobbin and Needle Lace Association is the biggest and most important global event in its field, and, with over 650 participants, was also one of the biggest congress events held in Slovenia in 2016. The Slovenian Lacemakers’ Association, which is a member of the World OIDFA organisation, was seeking a professional congress organiser to handle the event from conception to execution. Due to the combination of lectures and exhibitions it was a demanding and complex project.

Our co-operation began in the phase of submitting of the candidacy, where we helped with our connections. We ensured the realisation of logistics for the requirements of the congress through the use of the modern Parthen registration system. Our greatest asset, which was proved in the realisation of the project, was the experience of the team which enabled us to quickly solve the client’s problems.
