Revealing the recipients of the honorary title

THE CHALLENGES

The Slovenian Ambassador Programme is of paramount importance for Slovenia’s success in attracting international scientific, professional and business events. The programme, which officially launched in 2019, has been supported by a comprehensive online presence. The client’s requirement was to develop a responsive website, in two languages and with a catalogue of Slovenian ambassadors. The client also wanted us to integrate a direct marketing system, a visit analytics tool and marketing automation into the website.

THE SOLUTION

The webframe follows the logic of searching for information about Slovenian congress ambassadors. The agency carried out the project on a turnkey basis, setting up the website, testing, and optimising it in a three-week turnaround time. We also worked on the content for the website. In 2020, we upgraded the site with video interviews with key Slovenian congress ambassadors.

RESULTS

A web portal was created that connects the entire Slovenian Congress Ambassador community and also allows for quick and easy communication with individual Ambassador Clubs and the Ambassadors themselves. The website is also an archive of the programme and events, which was achieved through well-structured dynamic and static content.
